Financial travel support
ECDHM, with support from ISBT, is pleased to offer a limited number of travel grants for participants from Low-, Lower-Middle-, and Upper-Middle-Income World Bank Index categories (LIC, LMIC, or UMIC). This funding covers hotel accommodation and travel expenses (up to €800 per person), excluding the congress registration fee and dinners. To be eligible, participants must indicate their interest in the funding when submitting their abstract during the Call for Abstracts. Abstract selection is independent of funding requests. Grant allocation will be based on abstract review scores. Grants will be awarded until the available budget is fully allocated.

Tuesday, 9 September – Visit to Sanquin Preliminary Program:

15.00 – Welcome by Sanquin Research's Director
15.30 – Tour through various laboratories and processing
17.30 – Dinner at Pelidome - Sanquin company restaurant
18.30 – Departure to Wijk aan Zee
For the tour, we kindly ask you to wear closed shoes, cover your legs, and tie back long hair, in accordance with Sanquin’s safety regulations.
The costs for the tour, food and drinks and the bus trip to Wijk aan Zee are € 70,-. The tour is fully booked.
